More Information About Our Resort

Check-in is at 15:00, and check-out is at 12:00.

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

Yes, room service is available 24 hours a day.

Our fitness centre is open 24/7 and is equipped with state-of-the-art free weights and cardio equipment. High-intensity classes by guest instructors, including TRX training sessions and Beach Boot Camps may be arranged on demand.

No, but business services may be arranged on demand via front desk at any time during your stay.

Yes, we have a seafront Olympic-sized swimming pool that is available to all guests of our resort. Guest staying at our pool access rooms, enjoy access to a swimming pool from the privacy of their own terrace, while all villas feature private plunge pools.

Pimãanda by HARNN spa is open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Private parties and events in your accommodation are not encouraged and live entertainment or other sources of possibly disturbing noise are prohibited.

Our villas are best enjoyed when occupied by a maximum of two guests and we would not recommend adding rollaway or extra beds. All of our Oceanfront Pool Villas may be connected to the villa next door via the private terrace and pool garden area. Alternatively, families and larger parties travelling together may enjoy one of our two-bedroom family suites or a set of connecting family rooms.

The minimum age requirement to check in to a room is 18.

Stays for children up to the age of 12 are complimentary.

A government-issued identification document, such as a passport, is required at check-in.

You may always contact our reservations team and we will do our best to assist you. However, please note that in some cases bookings made via third parties and not via any of our direct channels, may require that we redirect you to the booking source for any changes.

Yes, we offer connecting villas. All of our Oceanfront Pool Villas connect to the villa next door via their private pool terrace and garden area.
