Operation of Drones on Property

To protect the privacy of our guests, our resort has been designated as a No-Fly zone for drones. The operation and flying of commercial drones above or around our property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement of landing. Prohibited Smoking and Durian Consumption in Guestrooms

Please note that for the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking and consuming durian are not allowed in the guestrooms. This includes the use of traditional cigarettes, e-cigarettes and any other smoking device. Please reach out to our Guest Relations Officers for information on designated smoking and durian consumption areas within the resort.

Any violation of this policy will result in a charge of THB 10,000 to the guests’ account. We appreciate your kind cooperation and understanding in maintaining a pleasant and comfortable environment for everyone.

Child Policy

Children 13 years and above will be charged as adults at Kimpton Kitalay Samui.

• Children between 0–4 years old: Free of charge with complimentary breakfast when using existing beds.
• Children between 5–12 years old: THB 559 net per night for breakfast when using existing beds or THB 3,000 net per night for extra bed with breakfast.
• Extra Person Charge (13 years and above): Supplementary charge THB 3,000 net per night including extra bed and breakfast.

A maximum of 1 extra bed per Essential Room or Villa, or 2 extra beds in One Bedroom Suite.

IMPORTANT: This policy applies to all bookings made through any online channels, agents, or direct reservations, regardless of individual channel-specific child policies.

JUNIO Kids’ Club

The access to JUNIO Kids Club and its facilities is restricted to hotel registered guests.

Nanny Policy

At Kimpton Kitalay Samui, the wellbeing of our young guests is a top priority. Guests wishing to bring external babysitters or nannies to the resort are kindly asked to contact the resort in advance of their arrival to receive communication on this matter.

Building Pools Operating Hours

Please note that our building pools are open daily from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, perfect for a refreshing dip anytime in between. The kids’ waterpark is open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for little ones to splash and play.

Payment

Guests are required to present the original credit card used for the reservation upon check-in.
