Samlor means “tricycle”in Thaiand this cozy restaurant in Bangkok’s Chinatown serves up local street food made with hand-picked seasonal and premium ingredients. While Joe creates the savory items, Saki is at the helm of the dessert menus.For their first time cooking in Samui, Chef Joe and Chef Saki will be preparing highlights such as “Marinated Local Fish Crudo”Citrus Vinaigrette&Chili Oil and”Curry Crab Chawanmushi”, local Beans andFermented Chili, and“Grilled Wagyu striploin”, Glazed oyster, Baked rice andKaleand etc. Our contemporary and vibrant BoHo Thai Lifestyle Caféis situatedby the resort’s Olympic-size pool and enveloped by lunch greenery featuring both indoor dining and al fresco dining.
