Kimpton Kitalay Samui(킴튼 키탈레이 사무이)에서는 반려동물도 가족의 일부로 환영받습니다. 고양이, 강아지는 물론 어떠한 반려동물에게도 문이 열려 있습니다. 함께 여행하는 반려동물도 객실과 스위트, 빌라에 묵을 수 있습니다. 또한 지정된 레스토랑 2곳은 반려동물 출입이 가능하며, 리조트 주변에 있는 반려동물 전용 산책길을 따라 산책하며 여유를 누릴 수 있습니다. 이것이 다가 아닙니다. 크기, 무게, 품종과 관계없이 반려동물의 숙박은 무료입니다.

여행객과 동행한 반려동물도 리조트에서 머무는 동안 편안한 여행을 위한 혜택과 서비스를 누릴 수 있습니다. 여행객과 반려동물이 함께 온전하게 여행을 즐길 수 있도록 Kimpton 반려동물 프로그램을 통해 독창적이고 창의적인 서비스를 제공합니다. 반려동물 유모차, 장난감, 그루밍 키트 등을 이용할 수 있습니다. 또한 반려동물 컨시어지가 반려동물과 함께 산책할 장소를 추천하고, 지원 서비스와 유용한 팁 등을 제공합니다. 컨시어지 직원을 만나면 주머니에서 바로 간식을 꺼내줄지도 모릅니다.

Pet Patrol Policy

As an animal-loving team, we welcome any pet that can fit into our elevator. However, there is one exception: we cannot accommodate untamed animals or those that may be poisonous.
In providing a safe haven for guests and pets alike, please be mindful about your little friend’s noise level and ensure they are potty-trained.
When your pet goes to the toilet, please clean up after them for everyone’s comfort.
Social distancing also applies to our little friends, as some pets may be intimated at the paws of another pet.
To prevent pets from chewing and clawing furnishings, please keep an eye on your pets and be mindful of their actions.
As pet owners, you are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by your pet (Tip: consider bringing that cat scratcher!).
Excessive or loud barking may be disruptive, so please soothe your fury friend in these stressful situations and reduce their noise level as much as possible.
We love that pets are curious by nature; however, please keep them close to you at all times. Preferably, keep them on a leash, within a stroller or a baby carrier. Or even better, let them ride in your handbag!
While we understand that pets may be moody and stressful in an unfamiliar environment, we would also like to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. Please accept our apologies if we ask you to put your pet in time-out when they show aggression.
To refrain pets from accidentally taking a sip of our yummy cocktails, we have a no-pet policy at all of our bars.
Come prepared! Water is just as essential as food and treats, so please bring your pet’s preferred water bowls to keep them well and hydrated.
We love being a pet-friendly hotel in Koh Samui, but we also understand that pets can be unpredictable in new environments. Let’s all do our part – keep a friendly eye on them and keep them happy at all times!
