キンプトン・キタレイ・サムイ (Kimpton Kitalay Samui) はペットご同伴でのご宿泊も歓迎いたします。猫や犬など家族の大事な一員とご一緒に当リゾートでのご滞在をお楽しみください。お客様がご宿泊される客室やスイートルーム、ヴィラのほか、2つのレストランでもペットとご一緒にご来店いただけます。ホテルの周りのペット専用道路でご一緒に散歩することも可能です。なお、大さや体重、種類にかかわらず、ペットは無料でご宿泊いただけます。

キンプトンのペットプログラム

当リゾートは、お客様と同様にペットにもリラックスして滞在していただけるように、愛情を注いで接します。その一環として、できるだけお客様が愛するペットと同じ空間で過ごすことができるように、創意工夫を重ねて、キンプトン・ペットプログラム (Kimpton Pets Programme) を作成しました。本プログラムでは、ペットストローラーや玩具、グルーミングキットの貸出のほか、ペットコンシェルジュサービスも提供しており、ペットのお預かりや、サポート、アドバイスのご提供なども行っております。ペットコンシェルジュはペットが喜ぶごちそうを携帯していることが多く、ペットをお連れの際はぜひお声をおかけください

Pet Patrol Policy

As an animal-loving team, we welcome any pet that can fit into our elevator. However, there is one exception: we cannot accommodate untamed animals or those that may be poisonous.
In providing a safe haven for guests and pets alike, please be mindful about your little friend’s noise level and ensure they are potty-trained.
When your pet goes to the toilet, please clean up after them for everyone’s comfort.
Social distancing also applies to our little friends, as some pets may be intimated at the paws of another pet.
To prevent pets from chewing and clawing furnishings, please keep an eye on your pets and be mindful of their actions.
As pet owners, you are responsible for any damages or injuries caused by your pet (Tip: consider bringing that cat scratcher!).
Excessive or loud barking may be disruptive, so please soothe your fury friend in these stressful situations and reduce their noise level as much as possible.
We love that pets are curious by nature; however, please keep them close to you at all times. Preferably, keep them on a leash, within a stroller or a baby carrier. Or even better, let them ride in your handbag!
While we understand that pets may be moody and stressful in an unfamiliar environment, we would also like to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. Please accept our apologies if we ask you to put your pet in time-out when they show aggression.
To refrain pets from accidentally taking a sip of our yummy cocktails, we have a no-pet policy at all of our bars.
Come prepared! Water is just as essential as food and treats, so please bring your pet’s preferred water bowls to keep them well and hydrated.
We love being a pet-friendly hotel in Koh Samui, but we also understand that pets can be unpredictable in new environments. Let’s all do our part – keep a friendly eye on them and keep them happy at all times!
