At FishHouse Restaurant & Bar, a MICHELIN Selected restaurant, have crafted a trio of vibrant Summer dishes that capture the colors and flavors of the season.
With seared scallops with mango and coriander salsa, pan-seared duck breast with blackcurrant sauce and balsamic glazed salad, and a delectable dessert of mango foam with crumble and passion fruit ice cream, every plate looks and feels as uplifting as it tastes!

Kimpton Social Hour
Throughout the season, you can feel the social spirit of summer with our daily 60-minute social hour of Thai bites and refreshing drinks every evening from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Our Summer refreshments series includes a signature cocktail, a mocktail, sangria, and infused water to quench your thirst on sultry days by the sea. Enjoy these along with our tempting Thai Summer bites.
